Crossroads has been providing care and support to people in Stoke On Trent and Staffordshire for nearly 30 years, and we value these communities and their connection to us.

We currently have vacancies for full and part-time Community Carer Support Workers (Care Support Workers) in Stoke On Trent, North Staffordshire and South Staffordshire to work as part of our team supporting local people in their own homes.

Position Summary

Hours :

We have part time and full time positions available.

Rates of pay :

Competitive rates of pay. Additional payments for travelling time, mileage and training.

Driving :

A driving licence and access to your own vehicle is preferred (please call to speak to us about opportunities for non-drivers on 01782 268391).

Age :

You must be over 18 to apply.

Training :

Full induction training is provided to successful applicants, including all mandatory training on commencement of employment.

Your role in will include – assisting people in their own homes with daily living needs, caring for people who are recovering from an illness or after discharge from hospital and offering support with domestic tasks. At times, you may be required to provide respite care, to enable family carers to have planned respite for an agreed number of hours.
