Crossroads Care Staffordshire is your dedicated and local charity for Carers and the people they care for. We provide care and support to unpaid Carers and the people they care for of all ages with a range of disabilities. We offer these services across Stoke On Trent and Staffordshire.

Children's Carer Support

If you are a parent or Carer of a child with a disability, additional or complex needs, you can book care and support to give you a break from your caring role.

Adults' Carer Support

Many Carers reach a turning point, a crossroads, at which they feel they need help with caring, a sympathetic ear or sometime to themselves. This is what Crossroads does.

End of Life Carer Support

At Crossroads Care Staffordshire, our main focus of end of life care is to achieve the best quality of life for patients and their families in their own homes.
